/ mix with the 80s’

regression / sprinkle wars of
the 40s & teens / & stir

in the 50s’ & 60s’ inequalities /
sample tastes of earlier

times / like 90s’ songs / &
shower in the 70s’ social

& political wrongs / Now stir---

‘til the distinction of times
dissolves / then sense

security to feel issues
were resolved / then cover

& heat with fear.
